WHO WE ARE
Facta Consult is a new company with a long history.
Our knowledge of organisational research and internal communication has its roots in our relationship with The Work Foundation (previously The Industrial Society), the UK’s leading authority on work and its future. Until January 2010, the directors of Facta Consult were the senior consultants responsible for The Work Foundation’s surveys and diagnostics service, providing surveys across the public, private and third sectors and remain The Work Foundation’s nominated surveys provider. We provide high quality, bespoke surveys, still underpinned by the Good Work principles that The Work Foundation stands for, while adding the clarity of focus that only an organisation focused exclusively on creating understanding of the employee experience can provide.
