TESTIMONIALS
Sheffield Hallam University
“In 2008 The Work Foundation was selected by Sheffield Hallam University to run their 2008 Employee Opinion Survey.
The work was successfully completed by the Liz Cochrane and her team who now run Facta Consult.
Key strengths of the team were their willingness to work in partnership and provide a bespoke service.
They worked closely with the University and through consultation and employing professional expertise designed
and deliver a survey to meet the needs of the University,
The survey itself was run online, delivered by their subcontractor, and to the University this process was both highly professional and seamless.
The online survey ran without glitch. They ran the survey and delivered the main University report to timetable.
The process of design and delivery of subsequent reports has been collaborative, ensuring that the level of detail and focus meets the needs of internal audiences.
The success of their work on the survey was in part due to their understanding of the HE sector and their willingness to adapting their approach as necessary,
whilst maintaining professional integrity.”

“Facta Consult worked with the IPCC to design and deliver our employee survey in 2010. Facta were able to quickly gain a good understanding of the IPCC and what we wanted to get from our staff survey.
They were able to provide a flexible approach which met our needs but also suggest new ideas to improve the way the survey was delivered and the results were shared as well as helping us to improve action planning.
I am looking forward to working with Facta on our next survey and would recommend them to other organisations looking for a professional, creative and responsive employee survey provider.”

“I loved two things in particular about working with these consultants on our staff survey –
1) I felt Liz kept firmly focussed on our business needs and cared about what we were looking to achieve and
2) They were as flexible as they could be throughout the process and were happy to shift things slightly
and adapt rather than just stick rigidly to a plan.”

“Facta Consult is a professional, effective and accommodating organisation.
From the project proposal to project closure Liz and the Facta Consult team displayed the highest levels of customer service
and professionalism by supporting us through our very first engagement survey.
The Facta Consult team were always on hand to support and offer advice on any queries we had.
The detail of statistical analysis included in the full survey report provided us with adequate information to develop effective action plans.
This ensured we addressed key areas that have biggest impact on our staff engagement levels.
Facta Consult were always very accommodating to all our requests and were always coming up with creative ways to
communicate the survey results to our management teams (incl. the engagement ladders).
We would recommend Facta Consult to any organisation looking for an excellent Staff Survey provider.”

"Facta Consult produced an in-depth study on the European printing industry and a practical toolkit as part of an employer/union project.
The work also involved facilitating two residential workshops with international participants as well as face-to-face and telephone interviews.
Facta Consult had an enthusiastic, hands-on approach to their work. They were easily approachable for the participants,
which was vital for the success of the research. The consultants were also very good at liaising with the Project Coordinator as well as the Steering Group.
They produced a well-balanced report reflecting both employers’ and unions’ views.
The study and the toolkit show an analytical and expert view to our industry in general as well as to labour relations.
We were very happy with the work of Facta Consult and would recommend them both as research specialists as well as expert workshop facilitators."

"We have worked with The Work Foundation / Facta Consult on our council staff survey since 2003. Although we have explored other options for understanding the views of the workforce, we repeatedly return to Facta Consult.
Their depth of analysis and understanding of trends in the public sector and across other sectors has been very welcomed in benchmarking. In particular, we have found their analysis on equalities extremely helpful and their willingness to look at different options for presenting information in order that we can focus attention on the areas required."
